Client Surveys

The Heine Team's business is built upon referrals. We realize in order for you to feel confident in referring friends and family, we need to meet or exceed your expectations during all phases of the real estate transaction.  

At closing, our clients complete a four-question survey. Answers are on a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being the highest and 1 means improvement is needed).

Of the last 14 surveys completed (from September 2006 to June 2007), the average score for The Heine Team was 9.83 out of 10.
