Dan has been specializing in View and Open Space Properties in Boulder County for over 10 years. He has earned over $1 million buying and selling his own investment properties in Boulder County. He successfully closes over $10 million in real estate sales annually. As a resident of Colorado for over 20 years, Dan has managed rental properties, completed a number of his own fix-and-flip projects, and has new construction experience. In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Dan was elected by his peers to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Boulder Area Realtor Association (BARA). He is respected amongst his peers in the real estate industry.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing with his two children, Phoebe and Emerson, mountain biking and hiking the many trails around beautiful Boulder, traveling to warm places and beaches, photographing flowers, landscapes and people of the world, scuba diving and cruising town on his Vespa. One year he placed 52nd out of 485 swimmers at the Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim in San Francisco after being attacked by a Great White Shark (just kidding). What most people do not know about Dan is the fact that he has never had a cavity - wow, he played high school basketball on a state championship team in Parker, Colorado, he was a state champion swimmer in South Dakota (nobody swims there anyway), he played football and basketball in college but rarely takes the time to watch a game anymore, he works out 4-5 times per week and he eats a pescatarian diet. More than anything, Dan enjoys laughter and enjoying the moment with family, friends and clients.
